(More customer reviews)I bought both the router and the adapter--not as a bundle. At first, I was really happy with them. But then I had to roll buy Windows 7 system back to an earlier date and lost my network connections. I have not gotten them back. When I called Engenius(tech) the technician directed my to unplug everything for so many minutes. This was after I told him I had been up all night with it. So obviously I had already tried unplugging everything. Well, I did it anyway. He told me to call back if that didn't work, which I did. He hung up on me. Yes, I believe it was intentional. I didn't even hear a click. Thought I was still on hold. You know as well as I do that tech support has caller ID. Now what did expect for him to do? Walk me through the setup. Apparently, something needed to be changed, done, whatever.
