(More customer reviews)I purchased this because cost was low and wanted something to increase range. Set up was not that difficult but did have to uninstall and re install twice to get it running properly on Mac OS. Issues I have found troublesome are: it drops the signal frequently and I need to re activate; the USB adapter part fits loosely into the USB connection (which may be the reason for some of the dropped signals but I have been diligent about keeping it secure since noticing this and still there are dropped connections); I am unable to use the other USB port while the device is in because it takes up too much space. However, when it is working I have found significant increased speed and range...I just wish it was a little more predictable.
